Color printing
In search for a Monchrome printer that supports 65 lps card stock
Hello, new here due to search for a non-crappy monochrome printer that can easy handle 65# card stock.
Back feeder would be great (with tray of course) so cards get not bend. Duplex printing not a must.
I print about 12000 cards / year but now my old printer is giving up since I have to
Any suggestion is higly appreciated!
Thanks upfront
TS6150 Install Router Corrupted
During the install a message appeared saying that the existing network would be disabled. Because the initial install did not work I was able to get the printer to connect to a second router and the pc and printer work fine. HOWEVER the original router name was changed to "R" and was not changed back. I can't access it as the password I entered (a guess!) was not recognised. How do I get back my router? Its used in a separate part of the house and is essential to other users who now can't access the internet etc.
Thanks

MG 7720 printing problem
MG 7720 not printing correctly. Yesterday would not print blue correctly, blue was pink/red. Today will not print black. I have cleaned heads 3 times and done a deep clean also. All ink carts are full. Firmware is up to date.
Suggestions or is this printer dead? Disappointing it's practically new...

Re: Error scan
Hi, AbuWard56!
Thanks for the photo you posted, though that doesn't contain the model number. The model number should appear somewhere on the top or front of your printer, and it most likely consists of one or two letters (such as G, MX, MG, MP, TS, TR, or MB) followed by three or four numbers (such as G4210, MX922, or TR8520). Please locate this model number and let us know what product you're using so our forum community can provide you with the help you need.
We look forward to your reply!

Scanning issues MX922
I have a Canon MX922 on my Apple MAC with High Sierra OS 10.13.4 and when I scan a document, My Image Garden gives an error message saying the the folder where the scanned image is cannot be viewed as I do not have permission to view the folder. I have the defaults set in My Image garden, but the scans cannot be viewed.

Color cartridges run out without any use
Hi,
I have a Pixma 5751 printer which I almost only use for B&W document printing. Even though I use grayscale printing almost all the time, the color cartridges run out at the same time with the black ones (no exaggeration) So everytime the blacks run out, I also have to change the color cartridges too as their level also appears as empty. Is there any diagnostic test etc. I can perform myself before sending the printer to technical service? and also is there a kind of log that shows the ink usage of the printer for the number of prints it has used in a certain period of time?
Thanks..
MG7720 Alignment not properly corrected when using auto alignment
GREETINGS. I am having a problem with my MG7720 similar to the problem described at:
In the past month or two, somehow, my printer will not print in exact straight lines. They appear broken into segments. See the following:
http://i64.tinypic.com/o73fdi.jpg
I tried using the MG7720 auto alignment procedure. That didn't work.
I tried following the process located at:
https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART143852
However, I am not able to complete step 7, because my fingers keep slipping off the tab when I try to "grab the top of the center tab and pull out," and the rest of the body of the printer is in the way of my hand to attempt to get leverage to get more friction.
What's going on? How do I fix this?
Pixma mx922 prints from computer have lines, but iPhone does not
I just got a Canon mx922 inkjet printer to replace my HP multifunction printer. I have been pretty sure that I love this printer, until just now.
I have been testing the functions for the past few days, and I have now realized that photos printed from the PC have lines in them... while prints from the iPhone Canon app do not. I am using Canon glossy photo paper and the canon inks.
Have a look at the photos. Have you experienced this with the Canon mx922, or other printers? Should I exchange this, or perhaps return it?
Re: MX922: Some text lines sharp, some text lines blurry
Same here on my MG7550
Re: MG6650 double vertical lines
This solution does not help. Apperently there are more people with the same problem:
I have this with my MG7550 of only 3 years old
How about a real solution or an explanation of what might be the real issue.
Looks like it's happening in a lot of different printertypes so needs to be something generic!
