Scanner not working
I have a Canon MG3650 and when I attempt to scan a document it says it is unable to as there is an error or the printer is in use (which it isn't) Can anyone help?

This fix is still good...Did combo of the 'Hit OK 5 times' and the 'print carriage reset open/close' procedure WITHOUT unplugging power. One or the other or both cleared error. Many thanks!
