Canon E610 Borderless Printing on Plain Paper

Iam trying to print a border margin from word 2007 with Canon E610 Printer on a plain paper

What Im trying to achieve

But this is the output on the plain paper

How do i print the border image in the margin of the plain paper with borderless option?
